We have a limited number of presenter positions open for Saturday, June 17, 2023. We do not have presentations on Sunday, June 18th. If you wish the NWCA Board of Directors to consider you as a performer for this fundraising event, please fill out and submit the application below. Our Entertainment Coordinator for 2023 is KATRINA RASBOLD. She will contact you via email to discuss your application. Submitting your application means you understand and agree to the following terms:
- We welcome presentations of all kinds and will carefully consider your application. Our presenter coordinator will contact you to discuss your application.
- PanGaia is a family-friendly festival and we require that our presenters keep their presentations to a PG-13 level.
- PanGaia Festival is a fund-raiser and in order to maximize donations to our charitable causes, we strictly limit our budget. Please do not anticipate compensation for your presentation.
- Submission of our application indicates your understanding that presentations are not financially compensated, however, an area is provided where presenters may sell their books or other items related to their presentation for one hour after their presentation.
- Please give us email information that you will check where we may reliably contact you.
- Please reply to our messages or you risk losing your time slot
- Please let us know as soon as possible if your availability changes. We try our best to accommodate desired times
- Please provide marketing photos & information so that we may advertise your presentation
- Please do not advertise your presentation yourself until it is confirmed by the PanGaia Presentation Coordinator
- All performances are on a volunteer basis with the understanding that proceeds from the event go to local wildlife treatment facilities as determined by the NWCA board of directors.
