Our line up at PanGaia Festival is tight and very competitive. If you wish the NWCA Board of Directors to consider you as a performer for this fundraising event, please fill out and submit the application below. Our Entertainment Coordinator for 2023 is ERIC RASBOLD. He will contact you with further information. Submitting your application means you understand and agree to the following terms:
- We welcome performer applications of all kinds and our entertainment coordinator will contact you when your application is received.
- PanGaia Festival is a fund-raiser and in order to maximize donations to our charitable causes, we strictly limit our entertainment budget. Please do not anticipate compensation for your performance.
- Submission of our application indicates your understanding that performances are not financially compensated, however, an area is provided where performers may sell their wares for one hour after their performance. Performers are also provided a “Tip Cauldron” and may encourage the audience to tip if they enjoy the performance.
- Please give us contact information that you will check
- Please reply to our messages or you risk losing your time slot
- Please let us know as soon as possible if your availability changes. We try our best to accommodate desired times
- Please provide marketing photos & information so that we may advertise your appearance
- Please do not advertise your appearance yourself until it is confirmed by the PanGaia Entertainer Coordinator
- All performances are on a volunteer basis with the understanding that proceeds from the event go to local wildlife treatment facilities as determined by the NWCA board of directors.
